How to join:

  • Call, come by or register on our website. Space is limited to 6 people per morning class and evening class.


You have been drinking water, eating veggies, exercising, and checking in with your team regularly. Perhaps you need one last push to the finish. Your coaches Misty Sixxes Deiparine and Snake Eyes Peggy Merrill are clearing their schedule to give you one last Jillian Michael’s style 10 day push to the finish line.  With any weight loss program, there is a certain percentage of muscle lost in the process, The Muscle Booster Program will help you build up your lean body mass, optimize your metabolism, and favorably impact your body composition. We hope you join us.

Program Start day: Monday, February 9, 2015

Program End day: Wednesday, February 18, 2015


Options 1: Monday-Friday 6am, Saturday 7am, Sunday 8am, Monday- Wednesday 6am

Options 2: Monday-Friday 6:30pm, Saturday 11am, Sunday 12pm, Monday- Wednesday 6:30pm

Workout Schedule:

Monday – Chest/Triceps/Shoulders Blast

Tuesday- Back/Biceps/Rear Delts Blast

Wednesday- Leg Blast

Thursday- Rest/Recovery – Rolling/Stretching and Nutrition information for recovery

Friday- Extreme Interval training

Saturday- Awesome abs

Sunday- Rest Day (on your own, using techniques from Thursday’s session)

Monday- Chest/Triceps/Shoulder/Ab Blast 2

Tuesday- Back/Biceps/Rear Delts/Interval Blast 2

Wednesday- Legs/abs/glute Blast 2
