As a practicing Physical Therapist since 1987, I bring over 26 years of Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy knowledge to personal training clients.
From observing thousands of clients in Physical Therapy, I have seen how asymmetries in the body cause compensations elsewhere, leading to overuse, poor midline stability, loss of athletic potential, and eventual injury.

Using a variety of movement screening and assessment measures, I can help you hone in on mobility and stability restrictions that are the root of the problem, to improve overall mobility, regain lost function and improve athletic performance, or get past that “sticking point” in your technique.
Correct movement patterns and asymmetries first, then gain strength and power for fitness and athletic performance.
