How to reduce holiday stress!

It is that time of year when our lives get busier.  We shop, we bake, we attend parties, we overeat, we forget to workout…we run, run, run!  Here are some simple tips to try and keep you on track with less stress!

  • Meditate
  • Make a realistic list
  • Take time for yourself
  • Make healthy food choices (fruits, vegetables, lean proteins)
  • Do something to feed your soul (volunteer, giving tree, snuggle with a loved one)
  • Did I mention EXERCISE?
