FREE Boot Camp Class

FREE Boot Camp Class Wednesday July 23rd at 5:30pm.
Join us for a boot camp style class that is sure to be a great workout for all levels, but more important we are going to have fun in the process. During the last few minutes of class we will introduce you the the Trigger Point rollers for a relaxing cool down.

Bring a friend and your game face! We will have a few trainers there to assist you no matter what level you’re at. After class we will be handing out 3-day passes.
