Coming in January, Olympic Weightlifting Class!

We are adding 4 Olympic Weightlifting Classes to our schedule beginning January 5th.  Classes are drop-in and FREE with your membership.  Olympic Weightlifting is safe, a great form of exercise and a great way to keep in shape.  The lifts that will be performed are squats, overhead squats, deadlifts, cleans, snatches and clean and jerks.  Read more about the benefits here!

Class Schedule

Mondays: 6am and 12pm

Wednesdays: 6am and 12pm
