Our mission at Peak Fitness for You is to meet you where you are at in life, support you on your health and wellness journey and have fun along the way.  We want your time with us to be the best part of your day.

 

Programs

14-Day Introductory Package
This package is for new clients to experience what Peak Fitness for You has to offer.  For just $89 you will get an initial consultation and movement screen, 2 semi-private personal training sessions a week and unlimited classes.

Semi Private Personal Training
Our knowledgeable, caring, certified staff will design a program specifically for you based on your goals, the movement screen and your schedule.  During our initial consultation we will learn about what it is you enjoy doing, your exercise history, your goals and any injuries you may have.  After the initial consultation we will create your personal training plan.

Here’s how our system works:

  • Your first session is a one-on-one consultation.  This is where we learn about your goal, exercise history, what you enjoy doing, your exercise goal and injuries.
  • We perform a functional movement screen and assessment
  • We create a program and schedule for success.
  • Each training session will consist of a dynamic warm-up that contains corrective exercises, strength exercises, core exercises, metabolic exercises and foam rolling.  Each session is 45-60 minutes.
  • We have several packages to pick from, but we see the best results when people participate in 2-3 sessions a week.

Personal Training
If you prefer to work one on one with a trainer we offer hour-long personal training sessions.  Call or email to inquire about one-on-one training.
