OUR MISSION

Our mission at Peak Fitness for You is to meet you where you are at in life, support you on your health and wellness journey and have fun along the way. We want your time with us to be the best part of your day. We offer semi-private personal training and personal training . Each training session will consist of a dynamic warm-up that contains corrective exercises, strength exercises, core exercises, metabolic exercises and foam rolling. During our initial consultation we determine exercise history, strengths, weaknesses, past or current injuries and your goals.  We also perform a movement screen and determine the exercises needed to improve any imbalances.
